bambu® Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Thanks for checking out our terms. We've tried to include everything you may need to consider when ordering with us. Let us know if we can answer any questions.

Wholesale Requirements

  1. Your Business Status
    • a) Your business must be a certified business with a company name
    • b) Your business must have a State Sales Tax number and or federal EIN
    • c) Opening order minimum is $200, re-order minimum is $150.00.
    • d) Suggested retail price for our products is 2x wholesale cost.
  2. Online Resale Policy
    • a) bambu® products may not be resold on Amazon, Jet, Alibaba, Newegg, Houzz, eBay, Etsy, or any other 3rd party platforms.
    • b) Veneerware® items resold online must follow our MAP agreement.
  3. Brand Asset Policy
    • c) Qualified resellers will be granted upon request, access to our photo database for use of our high-quality images to help sell bambu® products.
    • d) We require reference to and mention of the bambu® brand in association with selling our products.

Terms of Sale

  1. Pricing
    • a) We do our best to notify of price changes in advance but reserve the right to change without notice.
  2. Payment
    • a) We accept all major credit cards. Credit card payment is required for first order.
    • b) Net 30 days terms may be considered after account is established.
  3. Shipping:
    • a) We ship complete case packs only.
    • b) We usually ship the next business day after receiving your order.
    • c) Standard shipping is via UPS ground. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, you must specify at time of order.
    • d) bambu® does not offer drop-shipping services.
    • e) If the shipping address you provide requires a change by UPS (or other carrier) for incorrect information, there will be a $13.00
    • charge PER CARTON.
    • f) We cannot accept responsibility for carrier shipping delays that are beyond our control.
  4. Returns & Credits
    • a) Returns must be arranged and approved. Please email customercare@bambuhome.com to arrange.
    • b) Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • c) If you receive any damaged product, please take photos and email customercare@bambuhome.com for instructions and to arrange credit. Please do not dispose of unless instructed.
